- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and general interaction patterns.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Bridgeway platform.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send appointment reminders and booking confirmations on behalf of your practice.
- To send important service updates, security alerts, and billing notices.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Bridgeway uses trusted third-party services to operate the platform:
- Firebase (Google Cloud): Authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data directly and is PCI DSS compliant.
- SendGrid (Twilio): Transactional email delivery for booking confirmations and reminders.
- Twilio: SMS delivery for appointment reminders.
- Google Calendar API: Calendar sync, when enabled by your practice.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption, Firebase Authentication, role-based access controls, and configurable session timeouts.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by contacting contact@bridgewayapps.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Bridgeway is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
